This shawl was designed specifically to showcase a single skein of beautiful tonal fingering weight yarn where less is more, but it would also work well with solid or semi-solid yarns.

Stocking stitch is used to create the leaf shape which is outlined in simple lace. Twisted stitches and slipped stitches add detail for the leaf veins and interest for the knitter.

One Size: Featured sample is approximately 61 inches wide x 25.75” deep, and was made using one skein of Hearthside Fibers Crystal yarn in colourway Vermont. The final lace section can be ended at different points to give some flexibility on your yardage.
