Mara was designed in collaboration with The Fibre Co., through their annual yarn support programme for indie designers. I feel very honoured to be one of the first testers of their beautiful new sock yarn, Amble. I highly recommend you try it, if you haven’t yet.

In this pattern you can learn or practice how to cast on using the Long-tail Tubular Cast-on method, an easy, yet very engaging brocade pattern and the Rosette stitch pattern. Another bonus of this pattern that it comes with 3 different lengths of toe, so you can choose according to your size.
