The “Marble Wrap” is a classic rectangular shawl and is knitted flat from one short side to the other. The design includes a mix of garter stitch and a pattern that looks braided which is created through crossed stitches.
The following techniques are included: Twisted German Cast On, knitting and purling, garter stitch, crossed stitches, Icelandic Bind-Off.

Wingspan: 60” / 153 cm
Center depth: 22” / 56 cm

230 g / 1104 m / 1207 yrd of a Sport Weight yarn

NEEDLES
Note: The needle size is a recommendation. A gauge swatch must be made to determine the appropriate needle size.
US 4 (3.5 mm) Circular Needles with at least 32”/80 cm cable

NOTIONS
2 stitch markers, tapestry needle, scissors, cable needle (optional), row counter (optional)

GAUGE washed and blocked
22 sts and 30 rows to 4” (10 cm) in border pattern

Das „Marble Wrap“ ist ein klassisches rechteckiges Tuch, das in Hin- und Rückreihen, von einer kurzen Seite zur anderen gestrickt wird. Das Design umfasst eine Mischung aus Krausrippen und einem geflochtenen Muster, das durch gekreuzte Maschen entsteht. Die folgenden Techniken sind enthalten: German Twisted Cast On, Icelandic Bind-Off, rechte und linke Maschen, verkreuzte Maschen.
