MAREA Cardigan is a timeless cardigan worked top down in a graphic textured pattern of knit and crossed stitches, created without the use of a cable needle. The construction combines elements of a classic raglan and a circular yoke. Short rows are used to shape both the neckline and back for a comfortable fit. Narrow front edges with subtle, round buttonholes are worked as you go. Alternatively, the cardigan can be worked without buttons. The ribbed edges are a variation of the main pattern, creating a harmonious look. Body length and sleeve length can be adjusted as desired.

MAREA Cardigan ist eine klassisch geschnittene Jacke in einem grafischen Strukturmuster aus rechten und gekreuzten Maschen, das ohne Zopfnadel gearbeitet wird. Der Cardigan wird top down gestrickt. Die Konstruktion liegt zwischen klassischer Raglanform und Rundpasse. Verkürzte Reihen formen Halsausschnitt und Rücken und sorgen für eine optimale Passform. Die schmalen Blenden mit unauffälligen, runden Knopflöchern werden direkt mitgestrickt. Alternativ kann die Jacke auch ohne Knöpfe gearbeitet werden. Die Bündchen sind als Variation des Strukturmusters gestaltet, wodurch sich das Muster harmonisch fortsetzt. Die Ärmel können wahlweise gerade oder leicht abgeschrägt gearbeitet werden. Länge und Ärmellänge lassen sich individuell anpassen.
