Linnet stickas uppifrån och ned. Fram- och bakstycke stickas genom att först lägga upp för den vikta kanten och sedan forma ringningen med kortvarv och ökningar. Delarna sätts ihop under armarna och plagget fortsätter stickas runt till önskad längd. Nederkanten viks upp och sys fast. Till sist stickas axelbanden genom att plocka upp och lägga upp nya maskor. Även dessa viks och sys ihop. Designen är anpassad för att man enkelt ska kunna sätta in ett resårband i alla vikkanter om tyget töjer sig med användning.

The camisole is knitted top down. The front and back pieces are knitted by first casting on for the folded edge and then shaping the neckline with short rows and increases. The pieces are joined under the arms, and the garment is then worked in the round to the desired length. The bottom edge is folded up and sewn in place. Finally, the shoulder straps are knitted by picking up and casting on new stitches. These are also folded and sewn together. The design is adapted to make it easy to insert an elastic band into all the folded edges if the fabric stretches with use.
