An elegant scallop lace edging adorns this elongated shawl with a shallow, textured body, worked in a hand-dyed yarn for a gorgeous, subtle color variation.
The DK weight silk blend yarn adds a nice drape and sheen and a comfortable, mid-weight thickness.

An evening essential or just-because layer, easily transitioning to a large scarf during cold months.

Knitting interest is created with the textured body and double-sided lace border from a vintage lace stitch, which is written and charted.

Shawl is worked side to side in one piece as a main body with compound increasing/decreasing, and a lace edging knit along the entire length.
