This sweater is oversized (it has 15 cm ease) and is super soft and is worked from the top down, holding 3 yarns together. (You can also use 2 yarns held together or other yarns as long as gauge is the same ). The shoulder and neck line are shaped by using short rows, while at the same time working the raglan increases. Since it is a top down knitted sweater you can make the sweater as long or sort as you would like. I advise to shorten it by 12 rows at a time, to maintain the pretty leaf pattern).
