Marmalade is a yoked sweater with generous ease for a relaxed look. Yoke decreases are concealed within the delicate cabling of the yoke, while a bright contrast colour for the ribbed cuffs and collar highlights the texture and beauty of a natural yarn for the main colour. It is knit in the round from the bottom up, with sleeves knitted separately before body and sleeves are joined for the yoke. Stitches are set aside at underarms to be grafted together at the end. The yoke features single cables, worked from a chart.
The design has finished chest measurements of 99 (112, 122, 131, 143, 154, 164) cm/ 39 (44, 48, 51.5, 56.25, 60.75, 64.5) inches as this sweater is intended to be worn with a generous amount of ease. A comprehensive sizing chart and notes on finding the right fit for you are included in the pattern.
The constrast colour yarn featured in the sample was custom dyed for the project by The Knitting Goddess and kits to make the pattern are available from The Knitting Goddess online shop.
