Construction Notes
The doll is worked seamlessly from the top-down, starting at the top of the head. The head is shaped first by increases, then decreases to form the neck. The shoulders and yoke are worked similarly to a top-down sweater by increasing to the underarm. The arms are held on waste yarn while the body and legs are divided and worked down to the shoes. The arm stitches are then picked up and worked down to the hands.

For reference here are the names and color description for the dolls:
Mary is the brunette doll with the peach skin.
Millie is the blonde doll with the white skin.
Morgan is the black haired doll with the brown skin.
