Mathilde is a crescent shawl knit from the neck-down and shaped with increases at fixed points. The body of the shawl is stockinette with rows of eyelets and the border is garter stitch. The simple textures show off hand-painted yarn to perfection. The pattern uses a percentage system so that you can track your yarn usage. The pattern was tech-edited by Laura Cameron.

Note: I used nearly the entire skein of the MC. You may wish to have a second skein on hand or if you are running short on yardage, you could omit the last repeat of Sequence 2 before the border.
