Knitting pattern for a boxy and cropped sweater with drop shoulders and a modern check pattern in sizes XS | S | M (L | XL | 2XL) 3XL.

Structure:
The sweater is knitted top down: First, the shoulders and the round neck are shaped. Afterwards, you are going to work the back and front part separately. As soon as you have reached the desired length, back and front part are joined and finished in rounds and with an i-cord- edging. Afterwards, the sleeves are attached directly to the body, because of the box fit, there are no short rows needed. The sleeves tighten slightly at the cuffs and are finished with an i- cord-edging too. The whole body and sleeves are worked with two colours: 1 main colour and 1 contrasting colour, which is also used to crochet the vertical stripes in the end.
The fit of the sweater is very oversized and boxy, the length is short and the classic check pattern creates a modern look. The sleeves are straight and tighten slightly at the cuffs.
