The Maypole Cowl is a snuggly warm, fully lined cowl knit in helical single row stripes that will keep you warm in the face of the coldest Spring gales. Helix Knitting is a wonderful skill to add to your stash. This project will teach you to knit in multiple color single row stripes without having any awkward jogs or seams.

Barker Wool: One set of five 20g minis in Fern for the striped portion, and one skein of a complementary color in Fern for the lining.

Finished Measurements 25” Circumference, 13” tall.
Needles US 3 (3.25mm) on a 16 cable, plus a second set of the same size to use for grafting.
Notions Tapestry needle, scrap yarn, crochet hook for provisional cast-on, marker
