This tank was born out of my love of MCR and wanting to wear something I made to their concert! This is the first of hopefully more filet designs. Check out my page if you want this bundled with the Basic Mesh Pit Tank and let me know if there is anything you want me to design!

This tank is unlike others you’ve seen - neck and armpit shaping are included to give a comfortable silhouette without the need to edge it. Sizes Small/Medium to 2X are included in a sizing chart, with enough direction for larger sizes to be made. Smaller tops need to use thinner yarn/smaller hooks to achieve the same look as the Small/Medium is the base size.

Required Materials:
Medium (Worsted-4) Cotton Yarn. For a size Small/Medium I used 250g/ 465 yds/ 2.5 skeins of Lion Brand 24 7 cotton yarn. For size 2XL, multiply that by 2.
3.0 mm crochet hooks
Scissors, tapestry needle, measuring tape or ruler
Stitch markers are recommended

This pattern uses US Crochet Terms in English. This pattern is a “beginner plus” level, with lots of explanations and stitch charts to help you understand a few techniques. I also say “beginner plus” because you need to be comfortable with special decreases using half double, double, and treble crochets. A filet stitch chart of the design is also included as a guide.

You may sell the finished product made using this pattern but give Hook & Riot credit when doing so. Inspiration is fine, but do not copy this pattern directly and sell it as your own.
