About the Knitting Pattern
The Meadow Bobble Dresses are designed to fit children from newborn up to 7 years old. Featuring a textured bobble (popcorn) pattern on the skirt and modern twisted rib edgings, the dress includes a practical button opening at the back to make dressing easier. Children will love the tactile feel of the bobbles, and you can choose between two styles—short sleeves or sleeveless—for year round versatility. Design Details
The front and back pieces are knitted flat on straight needles and then sewn together. The neckband is created by picking up stitches around the neckline. A button band is formed by picking up stitches along the back opening. You can choose between:
• Short sleeves, knitted separately and sewn on
• A sleeveless option with picked up stitches forming the armhole edging.

• 6–12 months
• 1–2 years
• 2–3 years
• 4–5 years
• 6–7 years

Yarn
Designed for double knitting (DK) wool. Suitable equivalents: USA Light Worsted / Australian 8 ply. Sample garments shown in: Rico Baby Classic DK — Orchid (052) and Light Green (027).

3.25 mm (USA 3) and 4.0 mm (USA 6) straight needles
