The Meadow romper is worked from the top down, beginning with raglan shaping in back-and-forth rows with turning, then the yoke is worked using the Japanese yoke increase method, after which the body of the garment is worked in the round (with added underarm sts). After the bottom ribbing has been added, the button bands are added. The last step is sleeves worked in the round. Then wet-blocking and only after that embroidery.
