Meadowcroft Slouchy Hat
by Dave Burrows
This is a great hat project for using up small amounts of leftover yarns from which you’ve made other things. It calls for 7 vivid colors; the mc requires about 60 yards while the other six require about 20 yards of each.
This knits up fast, and it has no long patterns to remember. Owing to the elasticity of wool, and the vibrancy and ultimate softness of merino worsted weight yarns, this will be a favorite hat of whomever is lucky enough to be it’s recipient.
