The DK weight Meadowview Shawl is an engaging knit that has 3 different textures which combine for a fun, stripey design. As I was knitting this up in earthy colors, it started to remind of the horizon over an open field and the texture mimics land, sky, and clouds. I have used Wooldreamers Dehesa De Barrera DK yarn for mine and they just have such a rich color palette to choose from. You will need a total of 4 skeins. I always enjoy knitting with blues and greens, but any color combination from this yarn line is a winner.

This shawl uses knit, purl, yarn overs and slipped stitches at the borders. I have included a few video links for tutorials for the kfb increase stitch, the bind off, and how to make the cute little tassels at the end. I highly recommend wet blocking your finished shawl to straighten out the edges and to get the eyelet stitches to open up.
