Meanjin
by Jen Arthy
The word Meanjin is from the Turubul language, roughly translated meaning ‘spike’. Meanjin is also the name given by the Turubul people to central Brisbane, in Queensland, Australia.
The MEANJIN crochet top is designed to be worn by everyone and made for and by anyone. It is suitable for sizes 28” - 48” chest measurement, and is fully adjustable. It has a foundation motif of little spikes, onto which stitches are increased and decreased to create the top.
Gauge
After 3 rounds of the motif, the diameter of the circle should be 5.5cm, using a 3mm hook
