Meetings: A Cable Headband is an aran weight cable ear warmer headband. I knit this headband during some online meetings I was required to attend. I need my hands to be busy if I am to concentrate on a meeting. This project is perfect for that.

I’ve knitted my sample in one of Etsy’s colours of the year - Honeycomb.

The pattern is a 14 row repeat of which 6 rows include cable stitches. It is very easily remembered once you have repeated a couple of times. This pattern is not difficult and would certainly suit most confident knitters.

The unblocked width of this headband is approximately 3.5 inches/9 cm. When blocked the headband is approximately 4 inches/10 cm wide. I recommend a light blocking for this headband to help reduce any curl and to better show off your cables. I used steam to block mine.

This is an uncomplicated pattern that is easy to remember after a couple of repeats and so makes for a great project to bring with you anywhere.
