A few details: Approx. 2.5 - 3 cakes of Red Heart Roll With It Melange in Hollywood. (42 squares)
Lion Brand Cotton Ease (cotton/acrylic blend) in Mushroom was used for joining and border. Approx. 1.75 skeins.
Additionally, a misc. amount of scrap yarn was used for the two stripes around done with Moss/Linen Stitch.
A size J hook.
Measures approx. 34” × 40”.
Squares were joined using a SC tight join.

Border details:
“Rick Rack Border”.
Working on a foundation of Moss/Linen Stitch. Its SS, DC, SS worked in chain 1 space. Skip next stitch. SS in next chain 1 space. SS in next stitch. SS, DC, SS in next chain 1 space. Continue all around, making 2 SS, DC, 2 SS in EACH CORNER.
SS = Slip Stitch.

A few details of how I put the “RED” sample together:
Squares were joined with a TIGHT JOIN using SC. Color of joining yarn is Mushroom. A size J hook was used.
Border is five rounds of Moss Stitch.
