This graceful, motif based shawl is made in pieces and joined using the last round of each motif. A simple edging is added at the end and features optional beading. Choose between a traditional square shaped shawl or a long, elegant wrap to suit your wardrobe best.
Named for the nymph of the apple tree, they were also the protectors of sheep.
The motifs can be made in batches up to the joining round – this makes them a great travelling project.

Available in UK or US standard crochet terms.
