This elegant, comfy hat is perfect for one skein fingering or sock yarn. It is ideal for travel and gift knitting as there are tons of stockinette stitches with easily memorable twisted stitch pattern to add interest. This fun, chic and unisex design makes it a perfect fashion accessory.

The hat is constructed from the bottom to the crown. It starts with simple 1/1 rib then transits to twisted stitch pattern. The actual body of the hat is made of stockinette stitch. The hat is knitted on short circular needles and the crown is shaped and closed with double-pointed needles, though you can easily knit this hat using magic loop method.

This seamless hat has nine sizes (preemie to adult extra-large). The pattern is very versatile and there is enough room of customization for different yarn weights. If you are looking to make a splash on the fashion scene, then go ahead and get creative!
