The Father of Genetics would be proud!!

The “Mendelian Top” is a combination of all things I love: cropped tops, knitting, and medicine. This stitch pattern by Hitomi Shida really spoke to me. When I saw it in the knitting book, I knew I just have to make it as a pattern! I wanted to capture the essence of the double-stranded DNA and to make something that I would wear out of it. I hope you guys give it lots of love as much I do ✨
