This pattern is dedicated to all of you out there who struggle with mental illness. It’s really hard to deal with and if you or someone you know struggles with this you will know.

This mushroom represents that mental illness is mostly a part of you and that you can let it grow with you instead of letting it overgrow you.
I hope that if you are making this mushroom for yourself or as a gift you will get the same peace of mind as I got while creating it, and that the person it’s for will be reminded to love life and always keep your head up!

When finished the mushroom will be around 20 cm tall.
