For my good friend and sis, Meranda Milne of the ACC – Beenleigh Crochet Group, Beenleigh Bowls Club. Thank you for enabling my yarn addiction.

This square is worked in the round. It is ideal for beginners as it has a four row repeat—you can continue the repeating pattern until the desired size of square is achieved.

There are small charts in each round of the written pattern to assist with visualising where corners are and the placement of stitches.

Yarn:
I suggest cotton acrylic 4 plys from Wolle Amore or KoKonki.
Scheepjes and YarnArt Flowers would also be suitable for this project. The amount required will depend on the size you decide to make your project.

My project uses 1500m of KoKonki cotton acrylic (A550 Krokus) in 4 ply. I used a 3.5mm hook. My completed square measures 75cm.
