Want to fade your socks? These socks are great to make with all the little mini skeins you have, or even with scraps! Find the best colors that will fade together to give it that mermaid tail look. Speckled yarn give the effect of rainbow sprinkles, hence the name.

Toe-up and Cuff-down versions available!

Needles: US Size 1.5/2.5mm, 32” circular needles (for magic loop)
Gauge: 36 st, 44 rows per 4”
Yarn: Long Dog Yarn Bounce Sock (fingering; 75% Superwash Merino, 25% Nylon; 464 yds/100g skein): 5x20g mini skeins, Rainbow Fade Set
Supplies: Tapestry Needle, Scissors, Measuring Tape
Sizes ≈ 9 (9.5, 10) inch foot

Uses sock techniques such as Judy’s Magic Cast On, Wrap Stitch Heel, Fish Lips Kiss Heel and Kitchener Stitch, which are all linked within the pattern for your convenience.
