Use this crochet pattern to make your own Merry and Bright Cowl.  I have written the pattern for standard child and adult sizes, but you can make it any length or height you like. This project works up quick, and uses only basic stitches with lots of photos to help at any skill level.

Size
Toddler/Child – 19” around, 4.75” high
Adult – 22” around, 6” high

Materials
-Super bulky yarn in red and black for the main part of the cowl
--I used Bernat Softee Chunky in Berry Red (1 ball) and Black (small amount)
-White yarn for the edging
--I used Bernat Pipsqueak (small amount), but you would also use fun fur or similar “fluffy” yarn
-10 mm (N/15) crochet hook
-tapestry needle
-1 large button
-scissors
