Merry McBlizzard is a knitted snowman approximately 4” tall. He’s perfect for a snow globe, but would also be happy on your mantel.

This pattern is perfect for a beginner learning to work fiddly stitches in the round. It works up quickly and the yarn hides small mistakes well. It also includes simple increases and decreases, but nothing too complex.

He is made of Bernat Pipsqueak, but his accessories, face, and coal buttons are made of fingering weight scrap yarn. You can customize him to your liking.

You’ll need a hot glue gun, faux snow, and snow globe if you plan to use them. They are widely available in fall and winter at dollar stores and craft stores.
