This is a 3-page PDF with written instructions and 20 pictures showcasing important steps and the result after each round. No gauge, no calculations. Just an oversized top made with my favorite stitch: the mesh stitch.

LEVEL: beginner
CONSTRUCTION: The top is worked as a single piece in rounds from the top down. It’s seamless. The starting chain sets the neckline size: the more chains you make, the wider the neckline will be.
SIZE: all sizes (adult, teen)

STITCHES USED: chain, double crochet, slip stitch
MATERIAL: #2 Fine or #3 Light yarn, 3.5 mm hook, 4 stitch markers.
You can use any hook and yarn. The finished size will vary depending on your materials.
ABBREVIATIONS (US TERMS): dc: double crochet, sl st: slip stitch, ch: chain, st/sts: stitch/stitches, sp: space, sk: skip, ch2-sp: chain 2 space, EOR: end of round, F/O: fasten off

CONSTRUCTION: Le top est travaillé en cercle du haut vers le bas. Il est réalisé en une seule pièce, sans couture. La chaînette détermine la taille de l’encolure : plus il y a de chaînes, plus l’encolure sera grande.
TAILLE: toutes tailles (adultes, ados)

POINTS UTILISES: maille en l’air, bride, maille coulée
MATERIEL: Fil fin, crochet de 3,5 mm, 4 marqueurs de maille.
Il est possible d’utiliser n’importe quel autre crochet ou fil. La taille finale peut varier selon le matériel utilisé.
