I started designing these socks while I was on vacation in Mexico, which turned out to be the best vacation of my life. The stitch pattern I used for them is Quilted Lattice from Barbara Walkers Treasury of Knitting Patterns Vol. 1. Thus, the name.

These socks are knit from the top down. The pattern is written for 2 circular needles but can be adjusted for other sock knitting methods easily. It features a twisted rib cuff, slip stitch heel, and standard toe shaping.
