This pattern is for the 17” Monster High dolls. It is worked top-down in rows, and then joined to work in the round. It can be made with or without sleeves. The hands will need to be removed for dressing the doll if making the dress with sleeves. It can also be shortened for a top.

The hook I used is a Bates 0 (2.55 mm).
