This pattern is part of my new book Great Knit Sweaters for Guys Big & Small, available now on Amazon.

This cardigan has a kind of easy casualness about it. The yarn is a bit rustic; it’s an all-American yarn for an all-American type of guy. Named after the village where our neighborhood originally resided, Middlebury is as laid-back as its small-town namesake.

Yarn:
5 (6, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11)(12, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19) skeins Russet (Owl Tweet, child’s) or Mulberry (Owl, men’s)

OR
490 (625, 715, 935, 975, 1150, 1235)(1390, 1625, 1790, 1940, 2150, 2270) yards
