The Midnight Sun Sweater is an oversized Drop Shoulder sweater (with a positive ease 7-15 cm) knitted far down.
At first, while shoulder increases are worked on the yoke, at the same time short rows are used to give a most anatomical shape the neck opening. Then, the front and back are worked separately back and forth in stockinette st. Then Front and Back panels are joined and the rest of the body is worked in the round. Then stitches are picked up for the sleeves, which are worked in the round.

This sweater is knit with 3 yarn : a one yarn of type sport and two yarn of lace type.
I used three yarns held together because its give a much nicer and deeper colours play.
If you prefer, you can knit this sweater with only one strand of medium- or worsted - weight or Aran weight yarn.
