This is a perfect gift or project for a homebirth midwife or new mother!

The sling is knit directly onto 2 metal ring sling rings. To weigh baby: lay flat, place baby in center, perpendicular to the long edge, bring up the rings, hang from the hook of a hanging scale.

(Safety note: not for use as a baby carrier or baby sleeping space! Use only for determining weight with a hanging scale, held over a soft surface.)
