This pattern is #4 in my Mighty Oak Collection.

In addition to the (knit at the same time) garter sides, top & bottom edges, two other stitch patterns are involved in this design. Eyelet rows worked on a simple knit & purl background, &, slightly more involved ‘acorn’ rows. These stitch patterns also work together beautifully to produce a ‘wrong’ side with a very effective, but different, textured appearance.

The pattern has TWO SECTIONS: a SCARF section & a WRAP section. Both include 3 options for working the ‘acorn’ pattern. The prototype, pictured, is the most ‘complicated’ version, if you can call it that. The other options are simpler variations.

Several stitch counts with corresponding measurements are included, for customising a SCARF or WRAP to your own requirements. You can customise this design for children & adults. A simple, step by step formula is included, to help guide you through the sizing process.
