This slipper can be knitted entirely in flat knitting or partly in flat knitting and partly in circular knitting. In this second version, the sewing part is smaller.
You will find detailed instructions on how to make each of the two versions in three sizes: 0 to 2 years, 3 to 5 years and 6 to 9 years.
I used worsted wool with a 4mm needle, but you can also use 4.5mm, depending on your stitch tension.
The sample was made in cord stitch and in 10x10cm has 18 stitches by 30 rows.
A kit of 5 needles DPNs is a great option for this project.
