The Milena beanie is worked bottom up using the magic loop technique. The brim is folded double and knitted together and then folded again when worn, thus making it triple-folded and extra warm. The brim features a stockinette band for a smooth and comfortable feeling against your forehead. The beanie can be made slouchier by knitting a few additional rounds and is finished off with central double decreases for a clean look. The idea of this beanie came to me from my wish to have a matching hat to my Lover mittens, a pattern created by the lovely Milena Pauliina (@milenapauliina on Instagram).
