This beautiful shawl is worked with staggered darts, forming a spiral. It is worked back and forth in stockinette stitch using a circular needle – with a self-coloured edge worked in garter stitch. If you prefer it, you can work only in garter stitch.

Here there are 15 darts, but you can stop, when you think the shawl is long enough. I have also worked two
self-coloured darts – that is also optional.
