An invisible waist stay creates structure in a long, flowing shape. The Millay Jacket is worked in two parts, the body upward from a waist cast-on, then the skirt down from a pick-up along that same line. Cap sleeves, a bowed neckline, and ethereal alpaca-silk combine for a ladylike layering piece.
