In this pattern there are step by step instructions to learn how to knit this chunky top down sweater. Meaning, we start at the neck, and increase the stitches to form the body, shoulders, and sleeves all at once with circular needles. I specifically made this pattern to aid knitters who are new when it comes to knitting from the top down. I have provided links with tutorial videos that help explain each step/section of the MILO sweater.

Benefits of knitting from the top down:

-NO SEAMING!!!!!! (yes, you read that right! No seaming!)
-knitting with circular needles allows you to continuously knit without flipping your work. This saves loads of time and energy!
-top down sweaters are seamless and hang on the body like a silhouette.
-you knit the body/sleeves/shoulders all at once, also saving time.

Beginner friendly!!!

When having this pattern tested, I made sure I had a handful of test knitters who had never knitted from the top down to insure that it is beginner friendly. They loved it!
