Milton the Mole has a little pair of spectacles to help them see properly. This mole is worked mostly in stockinette with increases and decreases for shaping, and with knitted bobbles for toes.

The spectacles are made from jewellery wire, and as these ends of the wire can be sharp, for safety reasons do not add spectacles if the mole is for a baby or younger child.

Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, Milton is knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round).

Tapestry needle, toy filling, beads for eyes, stitch markers, and beading wire to make the spectacles.
