A cowl that fits snugly around the shoulders to help keep the chill out. Stylish, yet so very practical!

Cowl is knit from the top down (starting at neck opening). Be sure to cast on and bind off loosely to maintain fabric elasticity. Not recommended to be worn by children under 2 years of age.
