Mimosa Frost is a shallow triangular shawl. The shawl is worked bottom-up starting with the lace border. The body is shaped into a triangle with the short rows knitting technique. While the shawl’s body is knit in basic and comforting garter stitch, the lace border is knit in uncomplicated transparent lace pattern to add a delicate touch to the shawl. The body and the lace part is visually separated with the rows of eyelets in contrast colour. The shawl’s top edge is finished with the I-Cord bind off.

The stitch patterns used for the lace border include written as well as charted instructions. The SCHEMATICS, CHART and it’s Kea are located on the last pages. The rows in the written instructions for the lace border correspond to the rows in the CHART for easy reference. The instructions for the BODY part is written out (not charted).
