SAMPLE was knit 4-6 year old size on 3 year old twins. I knitted this in the larger size for it to last a few years :)

Chest circumference:
21.75 (24.75, 26.25, 29, 32) inch / 55.4 (62.8, 66.5, 73.9, 71.3) cm

Needles:
US 5 / 3.75 mm circular needle 16 inches / 40 cm and 24 inches / 60 cm
US 5 / 3.75 mm dpns or long circular for magic loop method
US 7 / 4.5 mm circular needle 16 inches / 40 cm and 24 inches / 60 cm
US 7 / 4.5 mm dpns or long circular for magic loop method
Or size needed to obtain gauge and second set two sizes smaller.

Yarn:
Knit Picks City Tweed 55% merino wool, 25% superfine alpaca, 20% donegal tweed; 123 yards / 112 meters per 1.76 ounce / 50 gram skein

Main color: Blue Blood (red)
Contrast color 1: Snowbank (White)
Contrast color 2: Obsidian (Charcoal)
