Here is a fun little knot bag that will work up quickly. You can use any yarn that you have on hand, but cotton or a cotton blend will work the best for a little added structure. This would work great as a scrap yarn project as well. If you plan to use acrylic yarn, you may wish to consider lining your bag before seaming the straps in place.

Finished Bag Dimensions: 10” wide X 8” high (not including straps)

If you want to enlarge your bag, simply make a larger base by adding any even number of chains to the given starting chain.

Materials Needed:
Approximately 250 yards of cotton or fiber of your choice
4.0 mm hook
Stitch markers
Tapestry needle
