150 yards fingering weight yarn in MC (Shown here: Kraemer Yarns Beth 50% U.S. Alpaca /20% Silk/30% U.S. Merino Wool hand dyed in Dark Navy)
5 ten-yarn sock yarn mini skeins for Contrast Colors 1-5
US #4 16” Circular Needles, or size needed to obtain gauge

Notes: This slouchy hat features simple crown shaping and slipped stitches to create the chain effect for each contrasting band of colors. If you can knit stripes, you can knit this hat!
