Make an adorable little globe keyring or bauble with this Mini Knitted Globe Pattern. This pattern comes in written instructions and chart instructions in English, so you can choose which version you want to follow.

The pattern is laid out clearly so you can knit up your globe with ease. I have written this pattern so that anyone who hasn’t tackled knitting in the round will feel confident in picking up their needles to take on the world!

What you will need
Yarn
Small amounts of Double Knitting Yarn in colours Blue, Green and White
Approximate Weights Required: Blue = 3g, Green = 2g, White = 1g
Ideally, you should use the same base yarn.

Needles
Five double pointed 3mm needles or 3mm circular needles
(Using 3mm needles with Double Knitting Yarn gives a tight fabric that stops stuffing from coming through, don’t be tempted to use bigger needles!)

Notions
Fibrefill Toy Stuffing
Sewing needle to sew in ends.

Finished globe size
4cm by 4cm

This knitting pattern will enable you to conquer the world and create a gift for yourself, a travel-loving friend, an eco-warrior mother or a geography fanatic father.

Once you have knitted your mini globe, you can turn it into a bauble, a keyring, a toy for your cat with catnip in it, whatever you can imagine!
