This adorable reindeer is perfect to adorn a plain jumper, sweater or cardigan for the festive season. Or even fix to a shirt or blouse, if a whole sweater is too hot to wear. It is knitted on 3mm needles, can be straight or circular, but if using circular needles, work back and forth. The head is knitted in stocking stitch, increases are worked using kfb technique and decreases are made using either k2tog or p2tog, depending on whether they occur on a knit or purl row. Small amounts of the following coloured DK yarn will make this item:
pale grey or beige or light brown for the head and ears, dark brown for the antlers, red for the nose and black for the eyes. Alternatively you can use 10mm googly eyes and glue them to the head.
