The asymmetrical cowl, knit on the bias and shaped using increases and decreases. Must be seamed.

Finished Measurements: Upper circumference x back depth 22” x  10” / 51 cm x 20 cm, 17“ / 43 cm depth at front peak , after wet blocking 

Yarn: Approx 150 -200 plus DK or light worsted weight yarn; Gold-Purple sample knit using 4 colours of scraps all ranging from 20-35 grams each.

Purple- Greys used 200 yds divided into three colours
Very flexible pattern, use what you have!

NOTE: testers used varying amounts as well I think its due to the nature of garter stitch…

Size: US size 9 / 5.5 mm straight needles

Notions: Tapestry needle, blocking wires (optional)  

Gauge: 16 sts x 36 rows = 4” / 10 cm in Garter Stitch after wet blocking
