I have 7 siblings and a LOT of nieces, nephews and great nieces all expecting hand made cards- so designing something cute but quick to make each year is essential for me. Little sweaters/ jumpers make really cute decorations, cards and banners/ bunting for all sorts of occasions so I’ve used them for a lot of my cards and presents this year. This pattern includes of different sweater designs, including Santa Suit Style, that are perfect for Christmas Cards. Instructions for different styles of cards are included.

This pattern is part of an e-book, As well as making cards you can use the full alphabet provided in this pattern to make bespoke banners for christmasweddings, birthdays and new baby gifts. Numbers are also included so you can add dates and there are also picture motifs you can include . The ebook includes lots of photos of items I’ve made to help give you some inspiration.

The basic sweater is very quick to knit and the ebook includes lots of different variations, including:
-Charts for full alphabet and numbers
-Charts for Christmas/ holiday pictures- i.e. Christmas tree, snowman, Rudolf, bauble, robin.
-Instructions for Santa style sweater
-Halloween pumpkin faces along with witch’s hat and spider to use for Halloween banner
-Charts for other pictures- i.e. owl, pirate skull, heart, steam train
-Instructions for 4 different styles of sleeves for the sweaters

Full Instructions, with lots of photos, are also included for making up the sweaters into the following items:
-hanging/ tree decorations
-vertical and horizontal banners/ bunting - like the ‘Dad’ banner shown in the photographs
-5 different styles of greeting cards
